Processing Time:

Time we need to process your order and get it ready for shipping. We typically take about
3-5 business days to make your product, depending on the type of product ordered. The detailed

Validity for Exchanges & Returns

All requests for exchanges and returns must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the item.
After the 14 days have elapsed, you acknowledge that your rights to return are considered forfeit.

To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be:

• damaged, defective, or significant difference (include wrong color, wrong size, visible defected print)
• unused and in the same condition that you received it
• in the original packaging

If an item you received from cellcrazzy.com is damaged or defective, you can return it by mail for a refund or replacement.
Please follow this procedure:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a return label within 14 days of receipt of the item.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the completed return form that was included in your original shipment.
3. Affix the shipping label provided (make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible) and ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Products can only be returned without shipping fees and restocking fees if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier,
or defective in another way.

Once your return is processed at our warehouse, it can be exchanged for the originally purchased goods or refunded for the actual purchase price.

Your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You can expect to see this reflected on your statement
within 3-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
